USAGE LICENSE

By purchasing our resources, you agree to the following terms of non-exclusive licensing:

  1. Personal and Commercial Use
    You may use our resources to create images for personal and commercial purposes, such as online platforms (social media posts, website visuals, and client presentations).

  2. Customization Allowed
    Feel free to modify the resources to match your style and brand identity. We want everything to align with your vision!

  3. Commercial Use Limits
    For personal projects, you can use our resources as many times as you wish. For commercial projects, each purchase allows a one-time use (e.g., creating an Instagram post for a client). For additional commercial projects, a new license must be purchased.

  4. Respect for Ownership
    The resources may not be resold, redistributed, or claimed as your own. If you'd like to share, it's always kind to give proper credit — and you could even earn a commission by doing so.

  5. No Sharing Access
    The license and access are for you only. Do not share them with others (including clients and partners).

WHAT YOU CAN DO
Our resources are here for you to use in personal or commercial projects. Whether it's to add a special touch to your social media feed, enhance your website, or create engaging blog posts, feel free to get creative!

They’re also perfect for client work, whether for presentations or packaging design. You have full creative control — you can edit, crop, and customize our mockups, photos, textures, and graphics as needed.

Each license allows unlimited use in personal projects and one commercial project. If you need the same resource for additional client projects, simply purchase an additional license to ensure proper use.

WHAT YOU CANNOT DO
To maintain the integrity of our resources, please follow these important guidelines: redistribution, resale, sharing, lending, or offering our resources is not allowed. Reselling or sublicensing the original files, or creating non-fungible tokens (NFTs) from them, is also prohibited.

Do not claim the original files as your own work, and do not use our products to create similar digital products for resale (such as mockups, presets, stock photos, or textures).

Additionally, our resources must not be used for harmful, illegal, or unethical purposes, such as promoting hate or pornography. Using our products to sell competing digital products is not allowed either.

You may not use our resources as part of a trademark, trade name, or claim a modification as your own work without crediting the original resource. If you wish to use our resources in apps or games, please contact us beforehand (hello@bydanielastudio.com).
